The prices we quote on our bookings page are for the house on a basic self catered basis. If you would like catering during your stay or are planning a retreat, event, workshop or a commercial booking then please get in touch.
Please note we do not accept stag or hen party bookings.
We usually rent Inshriach House from Monday to Monday. A long weekend is our minimum stay.
Electricity and heating are included as are tea, coffee, linen and towels. The house has satellite internet if you want to get some work done.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement but must be kept on leads around the farm because we have horses, sheep, goats, ducks and chickens.
If you would like to add on use of the cabins, the sauna or the bar then please get in touch. Firewood is available for £5 per basket and we provide environmentally friendly cleaning products in all spaces.
Peak (Easter, June, July, August, September) – £4000 per week (£3000 long weekend).
April, May, October – £3500 per week (£2800 long weekend)
Other months – £2900 per week (£2400 long weekend).
Christmas or New Year – £4800 per week
All prices include VAT.
We require a 30% deposit on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before entry date. In the event of cancellation the deposit is refundable up to that point. We ask for a good housekeeping deposit of £500 on full payment which is refundable one week after departure.
